Biography of Manarakis

BIOGRAPHY OF MANARAKIS(NUPE INDIGENOUS WRITER/ELATU NUPE_TASHIRU)
 Adamu Idris Manarakis was born and brought up in Kpakungu, Minna, Niger State, on 6th May, 1988 to the blessed family of a Jurisprudent and great Historian of Nupe Dynasty (Bida Kingdom), Alhaji Idris Muhammad Bida (N'One) and a Trader, Hajiya Sa'adatu (Yannagi).

The young Manarakis had his elementary education at Limawa Model Primary School, Minna. He then gained Admission into Ahmadu Bahago Secondary School, Minna, where he obtained the Junior secondary school certificate in 2005 and proceeded to Government Technical College Eyagi, Bida, for his SSCE Certificate in 2008. He earned a Certificate in Education from the Niger State College of Education Minna, in 2011. He currently finished his Degree Program at Federal University Of Technology(FUT), Minna. Next is masters, Insha Allah.

 He is a writer, he wrote many books in English such as Basic English and Basic Arithmetic for nursery pupils, Marriage doesn't stop schooling, Nipping the nimble, The race of chameleon, Marriage after Ph.D death took over, Ndagi be Nnagi, Soko deke among others. He is a member of many learned society(Association) and also a member of Association of Nigeria Authors(ANA), Niger State Branch, Minna. He started from the rudimentary level and taught in several schools; CAC, Hossana nursery and primary school, Old airport, Kowa comprehensive high school, Minna Institute of Technology and Innovation(MITI), Nupe classroom teacher, among others. He is currently a Nupe Presenter at Prestige Fm, Minna. A Nupe mathematics philosopher, A promoter with many Nupe books; Egun a da eti eguntso, Nupeta, Esanwo, efo Nupencizhi, Enyabagi Nupe, Ecingi Nupe tashiru among others. Manarakis impacted on many, he changed some lives for better.. His dream is to keep pen, chalk, marker, flowing and change gloom to light.

Many people will be asking how did he got Manarakis as a name. He explain this in many occasions, the name Manarakis derived as follows;
